Cheeses

long weekend and most should have been for study an homework of course we know how that goes with me
ok so here it is sunday and doing the background on the cheese for wednesday class, seems simple enough. learned not to over do how many things i plan on making so made this one basic, just one.
tired of chicken right now so going to use boneless pork loin, thinking of doing a stuffed one with this cheese and chopped pistasios and spiniach...a work in progress so to speak.

Yet another term

Well another term done and barely made it. So things have to change to do better. Make and push myself to get these assignments done on time or ahead. Ask for help like I did to see instructor about the way to do this one assignment. Keep telling myself this.

Third Term

Going to try to my best with these classes. Better note taking and keeping up on assignments and projects.

Beyond Blah

Disappointed at some. Hurt. Pissed. Angry. Unappreciated. Ignored. Disrespected.

Another day

Went through a fav store I go to every time I am in Paris and miss it even more. Want to go back so much.

Getting all these projects done and getting ready for finals next week. Brain pounding

Monday

Another cold day out here. And stress starting to in on about these last few weeks before term is up and all these projects to finish, some I barely worked on and one is due on Thursday and here doing or looking at things I don't need to and work on these things and i know better. So today just finishing going through for tomorrow test, yes open book, but some how I still get the worst grades for me. S I am hoping that tomorrow is a better day for that. And that project is due next week. Distractions seem to be part of my problems and have to find a way to get past that.
